Landscape restoration and environmental awareness planning:
Redevelopment of a former landfill into a nature reserve
 

The project has received government funding in 2015 and is expected to be executed throughout 2016 and 2017.

 

Client: Tel Aviv Municipality

 

Responsibilities: Environmental impact assessment study comparing the existing situation to the planned design; Landscape development plan for the biosphere area at the northern fringe of the park, incl. accessible nature experience trail, bird hides, and viewpoints, open air classrooms, floating decks and bridges 

with special emphasis on the sensitive environmental conditions and in coordination with Latz + Partner
