Redevelopment of a historic building into stylish offices at the entrance to the Old City of Jaffa
This project is connected to the redevelopment of the French Hospital into W Hotel & Residences at the corner of Yefet and Louis Pasteur St. in Yafo. For the management of the hotel and luxury apartments after the building phase will be concluded, RFR Holding LLC needs sufficient long term office spaces nearby.
The preservation and the redevelopment of the historic building include the reuse of existing materials as well as the use of local Mediterranean vegetation in combination with modern furniture design.
