 Rails Boulevard,  Tel Aviv

Linear park design on top of a new light train tunnel following the historic Jaffa - Jerusalem railroad line

This project is based on a survey booklet and preliminary design done by Braudo-Maoz Landscape Architecture Ltd. in 2008.

In the neighborhoods of Florentin and Neve Tzedek, there are very few public open spaces. The Rails Boulevard will create an important green axis in the urban fabric of Tel Aviv and link to other green spaces. The plan proposes about 22 acres of public open space including pedestrian and bicycle paths, stages for activities and venues for entertainment.

The construction is estimated to start after the construction of the light train underground.
